I wore them with insoles, but they are too big for me, so I am selling them while they are still in good condition (I usually wear 21-21.5). The "velikoko" lettering on the right insole is partially faded. There is something like glue on the inside of the right shoe. (Please check images 8 and 9) Otherwise, there were no areas of concern.
