This is a cute, girly top. It has large puff sleeves with dot-patterned tulle. I've worn it 3 or 4 times. Due to the nature of the fabric, there are some white pills on the dot portion of the sleeves. I will send it as is because it might damage the fabric if I try to remove them, but I think it's possible to remove them with a pill remover. The size is 100cm.
