This is a sheer blouse from Green Label Relaxing. It's new with tags, only tried on. It has an elegant, moderate sheerness. The shirring on the chest and the puff sleeves at the shoulders are cute. The cuffs are also elastic, so the sleeves puff out when you push them up.
