This is a part that attaches to the hopper of a coffee grinder and uses air to expel the coffee grounds remaining inside the grinder. The size is approximately 13.5cm in outer diameter and 5.5cm in height. It was used for about two months with a De'Longhi La Specialista Arte (EC9155J). It looks like the second photo when attached. There are no noticeable scratches, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
