This is a SCUD pickguard in two colors: vintage pearl white and white. Please note that it is vintage white, so it is not pure white. I was looking for pure white, but I accidentally bought this one, so it's unopened. I'm selling it for a little less than what I paid for it (purchase price: 4400 yen).
