This is a t-shirt from Do Nothing Congress. I don't know much about it, but I believe it's a brand associated with Hiroshi Fujiwara. There's no size label, but I think it's equivalent to a Large. I don't remember when I bought it. I don't remember wearing it either, but since it's been a number of years since I purchased it, there may be unnoticed stains or imperfections. Please refrain from purchasing if you are not comfortable with used clothing.
