This is a brass tray from Azumaya. It's a nice piece of equipment that gains character the more you use it. I liked using it, but I'm selling it because I haven't been using it much lately. To preserve the patina, I've only lightly cleaned it with acetic acid, but it could be restored to like-new condition with a metal polish.
