This is a Michel Klein dress. I bought it about 7 years ago. I've only worn it once. I like the design and color, but the hip area is too tight, and I can't wear it nicely anymore. The upper body is sheer, but it has a lining, so you don't have to worry about your underwear showing through. The length is 85cm. The fabric is not stretchy. Please note that there may be creases from folding during shipping. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
