The patterned fabric is Liberty, and the solid fabric is cotton. Both are made with lightweight, thin fabrics to reduce the burden on your dog or cat. Liberty fabric, compared to other fabrics, is thin yet smooth and durable. ◯ For dogs and cats (adjustable) Inner circumference: up to 28 cm * The inner elastic is temporarily secured at 30 cm. The hole is intentionally left open so you can remove the elastic. Please adjust the elastic to your pet's size, tie it, and tuck the knot inside the scrunchie. Width: about 2 cm (Please note that there may be slight variations due to the handmade nature of the product.)
