This is a collared blouse from dazzlin. The top is sheer, so it's meant to be layered with a camisole or similar. It has a cape-like design, which is very cute. The color is a light beige or off-white, making it easy to coordinate with other items. I personally loved the design and how cute it was, but I cherished it so much that I only wore it once.
