This is a 14 STELLA. It makes a rattling sound internally, as if a part has come loose and is not oscillating. I believe the sliding part in photo 11 is likely broken, but I haven't disassembled it. Please consider it for repair or parts. In my personal opinion, the handle, drag knob, and handle cap are in good condition. The spool has the common corrosion. There are scratches on the spool edge, but I preferred to use it as is rather than have it unnaturally filed down. I am selling it to organize my fishing gear.
