I've worn this once or twice. I measured it flat, as shown in photos 6 and 7. The length is about 78cm and the waist is about 31cm. Please note that these are amateur measurements, so there may be some error. The buttons can be removed. I don't see any noticeable stains or frays, but this is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
