This is a U.S. Army M-47 HBT (Herringbone Twill) jacket, made in the 1940s. It features urea buttons, and the original buttons remain on the front placket and cuffs, although the bottom front button has been replaced. A "716" stencil is present on the back shoulder. As shown in the photos, there are repair spots and stains, but these can be enjoyed as part of the vintage character.
