This is a vase by the up-and-coming Seto-yaki artist, Seisei Miyachi. The entire surface is decorated with silver glaze patterns. The color changes, likely due to kiln transformation, and the way it catches the light gives off a brass-like shine. Although it's a small, single-flower vase, it's a piece that showcases Miyachi Seisei's high level of skill. I rarely feel this way, but personally, I'm almost reluctant to sell this piece.
