Usage frequency was about once a week, so it wasn't used very often. We are selling it because it is no longer used after purchasing a different mouthpiece. There are minor scratches from use and slight scuffs on the shank, but there are no major scratches or dents as it was used with care. There is no discoloration or peeling of the GP (gold plating), and the condition is good. It has been cleaned before listing. We will clean it again before shipping. *Box not included.
