I made pettipants using the lining of a disassembled kimono. It's made of soft habutae silk. There are stains throughout. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Fine elastic is inserted in the hem. You can also roll it up to keep the hem clean in the restroom. Due to long-term storage at home, there are fold marks, pinholes, fabric shrinkage, stains, and traces of chalk. The crotch is sewn in a French seam. There is no front or back, so you can wear it either way. It is not a perfect construction like a ready-made product. Those who understand the amateur craftsmanship, thank you.
