I used this once at an event as a cosplay prop for Eli Clark, the Seer from Identity V. Approximately 85cm in length. The base is slightly dyed red. It's meant to be wrapped around the waist with a string. The mouth is not closed, so it's easy to refill or add cotton, etc.
