After making several samples with a cap-loving friend in Tokyo, the ideal long bill cap was finally completed. I have a large head, and while working at the shop, I realized that many people secretly have the same problem. This is a rescue cap for those big-headed homies. Usually, an adjuster is used for adjustment, but we kept it simple and removed it. Those of us who always had the adjuster fully open and felt self-conscious should be fine with this. The cap's silhouette is designed with an exquisite height, not too deep and not too shallow. The material is Supplex® nylon, giving it a cotton-like, slightly worn feel (important point). The outside is a plain cap with no tags or embroidery, and only a quirky tag is secretly placed on the inside of the sweatband. The visor is flat, and the fit increases when slightly bent. For those who think long bills get blown away by the wind, use the hood of your shell or base layer to hold it down, lol (I probably will always love wearing a cap and then a hood). Or, just put the cap in your backpack. I'm sure it will be so cloudy that you won't need UV protection in that kind of weather.
