The bag is still in its plastic wrapping, so I don't know what the inside looks like. The underside of the thong (the part that goes between the toes) is made of leather and shows no noticeable deterioration or stickiness. The sides and underside have some scuffs and minor stains from use, but otherwise, it's in good condition. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly sensitive.
