This is a set of decals and a resin license plate that allows you to convert a 1/12 GPZ900R into the Top Gun specification. (It seems to be out of print) Although Aoshima's Top Gun kit is difficult to obtain and its price is soaring, you can still create the Top Gun version using a standard kit and this set.
