I purchased this through overseas通販, but I stopped after trying it on once, up to my thighs. It was so tight at the thighs that I thought it was going to be a problem. I usually wear a Pearl Izumi L and it fits perfectly, so this is a bit smaller. I feel like it's somewhere between a Pearl Izumi M and L. The pad seems thick and large. When shipping, I might have to compress it slightly using Yu-packet or similar. Please be aware of this.
