I purchased this about a year and a half ago. Size 50-70 I wore it a few times from the newborn period. There are no noticeable stains, but it is a used item, so please check the condition in the photos. It seems suitable for hospital discharge outfits, ceremony dresses, and small celebrations. The color is ivory, like cream.
