Partially pre-painted (blue parts, etc.). As shown in photos 8-10, there is a broken part. This is a junk item, so please confirm before purchasing. Also, it is believed to have been assembled and painted over 10 years ago. Since it was given to me, there may be other defects that I am unaware of. Please understand and only purchase if you are satisfied. We do not accept any claims after purchase. It will be shipped partially disassembled and packaged, but we are not responsible for damage during shipping. No returns or exchanges.
