There are scratches as shown in the photos, but that adds to the overall good atmosphere. The heels have been replaced once, but are worn again. The insoles are worn but still usable. I think you can still wear them for a long time! They are easy to match with any outfit and are very useful, so if you don't have a pair or have been looking for one, take this opportunity!
