This is a blouse from Theory Luxe. It has a design with a flowing line created by the paneling. Also, the material is triacetate, so it's cool, durable, wrinkle-resistant, and has a luxurious feel. I bought it about 5 years ago, but I haven't worn it much, so I think the condition is good.
