Classic COLE HAAN women's ballet flats in black patent leather, size 22.5cm. Purchased in March of this year at the COLE HAAN shop in the local Mitsukoshi department store. I remember the original price being a little over ¥30,000. These are popular, classic items. The shop staff advised me to have mudguards (see photo 3) attached, so I had them professionally applied at a slightly expensive repair shop inside Mitsukoshi. They were also quite pricey.
