Worn once for Halloween! I painted it myself on a store-bought dress! Set includes the dress, headpiece, and a drape to wrap around the waist. It's painted to look like a zombie, so it really stood out! The skirt length is shortened with safety pins. You can adjust the length by removing them. (My friend wore it as is) Thank you for looking.
