Purchased at Disneyland about 1-2 years ago. It's a necklace and can be worn around the neck. Batteries are not included. There are some scratches on the clear parts and the back, both large and small, as it was used by a child. It lights up and makes sounds just like when it was purchased. Operation has been confirmed.
