This is a handbag from the Showa era that I found at my parents' house. I don't think it's a high-end item, but the silver clasp design is tasteful and gives it a retro feel. It's a sturdy box shape, so I think it would be suitable as a party bag, and also for Japanese attire. The size is approximately 29cm wide, 20cm high, and 7cm deep at the base.
