This really worked for me. I had plantar fasciitis in one foot and it was very painful, so I wore this over my socks and inside my shoes. I also wore one on my other foot for balance. It's made of a very soft urethane material, so it's a supportive brace that reduces impact when landing. It has Velcro straps so you can secure it. I bought two sets to have a spare, but I recovered quickly, so this pair for both feet is brand new.
