Purchased about six months ago as a tent for family camping, used three times, never in the rain (^.^). It's very light and takes about 10 minutes to set up (^^). I also own and use the TC type, but I definitely recommend this one for its lightness and quick drying (^^). The khaki color is also a good balance, not too dark or too light (^^). The tent body set, 1 TPU door, 1 mesh door, roof fly, and ground sheet are not included. Pegs and guy ropes are unused. I haven't cleaned it specifically for the listing, so there may be some sand, dirt, and grass attached m(_ _)m. A common issue with this product is that the TPU door is slightly cloudy (I've included information on how to fix it).
