I purchased this at a vintage clothing store that mainly carries European vintage items. I believe it's hand-knitted. There's no tag, but the feel suggests it's 100% wool. It's made with fine yarn, and personally, I don't find it itchy. It's surprisingly warm despite not being very bulky. I used to wear it layered over thin turtleneck sweaters or shirts. The long length made it feel like a tunic vest. The details are exquisite, with scalloped edges at the neckline, cuffs, and hem, and rounded sleeves created by shoulder tucks. The color is off-white. The exterior is generally clean, but there's some pilling in areas that are prone to rubbing, like the inside. It no longer suits me, and I've just been storing it for the past few years.
