You can reattach it by hand and use it, but it will likely come off quickly in strong winds, so I think it's best to have it repaired. My name is written on it (see photo 7), so I will either cover it up or remove it. Please consult with me if you wish to purchase it. The cover is not included. I used it about 2-3 times, so I think it's in good condition. As there is a defect as described above, please understand this before purchasing.
