M-premier Frill Jacket This is a cute, collarless spring/summer jacket from M-premier with a frill design. I purchased it here for 3000 yen, but it had some wear around the armpits from that time. The fabric is particularly thin around the left armpit. I wore it once for a parent-teacher meeting. The design is cute, but the jacket shows signs of wear.
