“CIRCUS TOWN” is Tatsuro Yamashita's first solo studio album, released on December 25, 1976. Jimmy Seiter and John Seiter were in charge of the Los Angeles side. ◎Production Background After Sugar Babe disbanded, Tatsuro Yamashita began his solo career, but he felt frustrated with the Japanese music scene. Therefore, he decided to record overseas to test his musical abilities, leading to the decision to record in New York and Los Angeles. This album was a significant turning point in Tatsuro Yamashita's musical career, establishing a style that would lead to his later works. ◎ Condition ※The cover, back cover, spine, and obi (sleeve) show no fading due to aging and are in good condition. ※There is a fold on the upper part of the back of the obi (see photo 6). ※There is a scratch from a needle on photo 11 (LOS ANGELES SIDE - track 2, "City Way"), but the clicking sound only occurs for about 3-4 rotations during the fade-out at the end of the song. Otherwise, both sides are generally in good condition. ※It will be shipped in a new "record sleeve" and "outer bag."
