This is a pickup from a very old model, manufacturer and model number unknown (I was told it was an old DiMarzio, but there's no evidence, so it's treated as junk). The screw part was broken and has been repaired with epoxy putty. I believe it's a high-output single-coil pickup. Strat pickup DiMarzio
