This down coat has cute ruffles in the back. There is one scuff mark on the inside, but I don't think it will be noticeable when worn. (See photo 4) There are also some scuff marks on the cuffs. (See photo 7) In addition, one button is missing, but my daughter only used the zipper, and the button was hidden, so it didn't bother her at all.
