Products in this series are hand-transferred and finished with hand-painted enamel and 22-karat gold gilding. Mason's was merged into the Wedgwood Group in 1973 and closed in 2000. This item is likely from the 1940s. There are no cracks, chips, or breaks. There are fine crazing lines on the cup and saucer. There are some areas where staining has occurred. The gold gilding remains beautiful considering its age, but a portion of the cup's rim appears slightly worn. There are kiln marks. This is an old item.
