I forgot I had this obi (sash) and bought a different one to match my yukata, so I no longer need it. It's a cool, sophisticated color with blue and green, giving it a very stylish look. It's unopened, but it's been stored in a chest, so there's some rust on the snaps, but the obi itself seems to be in good condition. (If you're concerned about the smell of the paulownia chest, please air it out.) It's made of Kiryu-ori fabric, a famous textile from Kiryu. I bought these zori (sandals) for my child this year, but they didn't fit because my child has narrow feet. The colors of the zori and obi match nicely! It's near the end of the season, but why not grab these for a last-minute event or for next year? My son recently started wearing kimono and can now put it on himself, which I think is very stylish...
