There are faint ligature marks, but otherwise, there are no scratches or discoloration. It's in beautiful condition. I selected this one myself from a stock of about 4 mouthpieces when I purchased it. Wood Stone mouthpieces have changed to new designs for some models. It seems that the old design of this Studio Deluxe is sold out for all openings and has been replaced by the new design. If you prefer the old design, please consider this one.
