This is a Philips 31.5-inch PC monitor (manufactured December 2017). Although it's a PC monitor, I've used it without any problems with a game console (Switch). It has an IPS panel, and I think the color and viewing angle are very good. Furthermore, it is equipped with stereo speakers and an earphone jack. There is some minor wear and tear, but it's generally in good condition. There are no operational issues.
