Because of the slim fit, I think women can also wear it (the front closure is for men, and it has a zipper). There are 4 pockets on the outside and 1 inner pocket. There is damage to the opening of the right zipper pocket (see photo 7). The fur hood is removable. Photos 12 and 13 show the jacket without the hood. The fur is real fur and feels fluffy. Other than the damage to the right pocket opening, there are no noticeable scratches or stains. It's a calm dark green color with a slight sheen. I am selling it to organize my collection.
