This is a hand fan with a bunny design featuring M&M's characters. I purchased it from Plaza about 10 years ago during the Easter season and have kept it at home as part of my collection. The fan doesn't spin when the button is pressed, possibly because the batteries are dead or the function is broken. I hope you will consider it as a collector's item. I am not currently considering lowering the price. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a long-term storage item and the condition described above.
