This is a Fuel Bank evo SP. It's an earthing part that was popular a while back. It claimed to improve fuel efficiency, but it was a product that was regulated for false advertising. It seems like it cost around 50,000 yen back then. It was installed on a car I bought used, and I removed it and stored it indoors. The effect is unknown, but if anyone wants it, please let me know.
