I purchased this with the intention of maintaining and using it, but I'm putting it up for sale because I don't have time for maintenance. It comes with a ground sheet. There is stickiness overall due to deterioration, including the ground sheet. Seam tape replacement and maintenance are required for use. Would this be suitable for someone who can perform maintenance themselves? I have a pet, so I am very careful, but there may be pet hair that gets in. Please understand this before purchasing.
