Super Takumar 55mm F2 M42 screw mount. This is a Super Takumar series, arguably the most famous old lens. The 55mm F2, which was mass-produced as a kit lens for the popular Pentax SP overseas, is not often seen in the domestic market compared to the standard 55mm F1.8. It is characterized by the yellow paint on the 1:2/55 lettering on the nameplate. I have prepared some sample photos taken with this lens. I took this lens and an SP on a trip. The versatile 55mm focal length can handle everything from close-ups to landscapes. It's versatile enough to get close-ups and has plenty of bokeh. It certainly lived up to expectations. While there are F1.4 and F1.8 versions, this lens isn't overly sensitive to light, making it arguably the easiest Takumar to handle. [Optical System Condition] Only a very slight amount of dust is visible, but no haze or fungus, and it's crystal clear! It's in beautiful condition. Of course, there is nothing that affects the photography. There is no oil on the aperture blades. [Operational Check] This is a reliable product that has been tested and confirmed to be working properly using my actual camera. Each part works normally. The aperture and focus rings are smooth. The helicoid is normal.
