This is a pleated skirt from ZARA Kids. I wore it for one season, but it's in beautiful condition with no pilling. The waist can be adjusted with the inner elastic. The size is 9, which is listed as 135cm, but the length is too short for my 135cm daughter, so I think it would fit a child around 130cm. My daughter wore it when she was around 125-130cm, and the waist was loose, so I pulled the elastic quite a bit to adjust it, and the elastic is stretched. It's a calm color and very cute. Thank you.
