This is a ruffle sleeve blouse from GU. It has beige stripes. I haven't tried it on, and it still has the tags attached. I couldn't find any scratches or stains. It's a new, unused item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item or cannot accept any minor oversight.
