This is a high-waisted skirt I bought from FRAY I.D a few years ago! The basting stitches on the hem have come undone ( ; ; ) But it seems like it could still be worn if it's fixed! Please note that there is some wear and tear in places! I don't see any major scratches or stains. It's a basic color, so I think it's easy to match with any outfit ☺︎ It's a brand size 0, so it's roughly a size S.
