I opened it from the bottom once to check the contents through the blister pack, but the condition is clean, so I believe it's new. However, I didn't purchase it as new, so please consider this only if you understand. Long-term storage, this is an item that came out quite a while ago. The outer box has dents and peeling on the corners, and the box itself has dents, so there is damage. It is not a beautiful item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
